Biography

Dr. Scott grew up on the west coast in Arizona, California and Washington State. Dr. Scott completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo UT, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. He returned to Washington State to complete his graduate studies in one of the nation’s top ranked audiology programs at the University of Washington, where he earned his Doctorate of Audiology.

Dr. Scott is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in the state of Virginia. He is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-A) and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Scott is fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with patients of all ages ranging from newborns to adults, having received specialized training in assessment and treatment of children with disabilities at the Doerbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland Or.
